We own the machines.
Fandas exists because durable, well-finished garments were hard to buy in bulk. A school would order uniforms and receive something that shed its seams by second term. So we built the production ourselves — cutting, stitching, embroidery and inspection under one roof in Lagos.
From roll to packed carton
Five stations. No shortcuts between them.

Cutting
Patterns are graded from your size curve, then cut in marked lays so a JSS2 pupil and a 6-foot prefect get the same fit logic.

Closing
Bar-tacks at every stress point, French seams where the garment touches skin, double-stitched hems with 4cm of growth allowance on school pieces.

Embroidery
Your crest is digitised once, stored on file, and stitched to the same tension on piece 1 and piece 900.

Inspection
Every batch is checked against the sealed sample for colour, measurement tolerance and finish before anything is pressed.

Packing
Sorted by class, department or name — so delivery day is a handover, not a sorting exercise in your corridor.
What we will not do
We will not quote a price we cannot hold by cutting seams. If your budget cannot reach a durable garment, we will say so and suggest a smaller order or a different cloth.
We will not start a production run before you approve a physical sealed sample. Photos lie under phone screens; the sample does not.
We will not promise a delivery date we have not checked against the floor. Term starts are not negotiable, and neither is our word.
